ACT Therapy Day Program in Melbourne

Move towards what matters with practical skills for everyday life

Develop greater flexibility in how you respond to life’s challenges.

What is ACT Therapy?

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you manage difficult thoughts and emotions while continuing to move towards what matters to you.

Rather than trying to avoid difficult feelings, ACT helps you respond to them differently and make choices that support the life you want to live.

ACT therapy can help you:

  • Manage difficult thoughts and emotions
  • Be less caught up in worry, overthinking or self-criticism
  • Develop greater self-compassion
  • Understand what matters to you
  • Take practical steps towards positive change
  • Build skills you can use in everyday life

ACT can support you to respond differently to difficult experiences and stay connected to what is important to you.

What You Can Gain From ACT Therapy

Build a toolkit of practical skills to help you respond to challenges and move towards what matters to you.

With these options, you’ll have continuous support to strengthen and improve your mental health.
